The next storm I fear is the growing environmental crisis, so anything I can personally do to downscale, simplify, reduce waste and spending I shall be doing.
But for now? Looks like it is time to reinvent once more; we have always found that the multi-tasking nature of our business is helpful in the fluctuations of the marketplace, and so it looks as if it will be again.
Our plan A is to reopen whenever (insert insult here) allows us to go back to work - certainly with framing studio and gallery open in the first instance.
This may also involve takeaway drinks and scones, and if not immediately we hope that this will follow pretty soon after.
If you have framing work already with us, we will contact as soon as we are back open with an estimated completion and pickup time.
Obviously the timescale of this is still unknown, but we are ready to come out from under our rock whenever we get the nod.
My art is now making it's way online on the 'Store' page of this website - and I am still available for commissions. I realise that everyone is going to be watching the funds now, but I'm hoping that there will be a market of sorts for art in the near future.
As soon as we know more I will be shouting it out here. We have missed everyone and really appreciated all the messages, waves and emails.
See you soon...............
